Litigation
Bryan E. Wardell is lead counsel responsible for managing complex litigation across a wide variety of legal disciplines including, business torts, nursing home negligence, wrongful death litigation and general commercial litigation. He has obtained million dollar settlements in wrongful death and tractor trailer litigation and represented municipalities in personnel and municipal law matters. Mr. Wardell has been featured in North Carolina Lawyers Weekly Magazine highlighting his verdicts and settlements.
Mr. Wardell has authored manuscript material and lectured for continuing legal education seminars for members of North Carolina and South Carolina bar associations. He is licensed to practice law in New York and North Carolina, and is admitted before all federal courts in North Carolina and the 4th Circuit United States Court of Appeals.
Business & Corporate Law
Mr. Wardell has an extensive business and transactional practice. His experience includes the formation and maintenance of corporations, limited liability companies, general partnerships, limited partnerships, not for profits, and franchises. Representative clients include dentists, physicians, theater chains, manufacturing entities, churches and auto dealerships.
Background
Mr. Wardell was awarded the Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in 1987 and received his Juris Doctor and Master of Public Health degrees from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1993/1994 as part of their joint JD/MPH program. He is a past Board Member for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and is an active mentor for youth in the Raleigh community. He is a member of Body of Christ Church, is married to Lechelle and is the father of Brandon Ellis.

Donna Y. Kidd joined the firm in January 2008 as a Paralegal/Office Coordinator and currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina. A native North Carolinian, Donna was educated in Durham and has strong ties to the community. She has studied Paralegal Technology at Durham Technical Community College and has worked in the legal field since 1996. Her experience includes personal injury, civil litigation and business law. Donna was a member of the Dean’s List while attending Queens University of Charlotte where she majored in Music with a concentration in vocal performance. She serves as a mentor to youth in the Raleigh and Durham communities and is the Church Administrator and active member of the Ledge Rock Missionary Baptist Church in Raleigh, North Carolina. She is married to Dwayne and is the mother of Tyonna and Malik.

Myra Williams joined the firm in August 2008 as a legal assistant/receptionist. Myra resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is a native of Beulaville, North Carolina. She was educated in Duplin County Public Schools and studied International Business at Strayer University. Myra serves as a mentor and sponsor to young mothers at Christian Life Home located in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is an active member of Body of Christ Church, where she is a member of the choir and the W.I.N.G.S. group. Myra is the proud mother of Abria.
